Islamabad: A 95-year-old Pakistani axed his 90-year-old wife of 70 years to death over a domestic dispute, a media report said. Mukhtar Ahmed, killed his wife in their Dafto village, which falls in the Mustafabad Police limits.
Ahmed, who had married Haneefa some 70 years ago, killed her with multiple axe blows.
Police arrested Mukhtar on his son’s complaint. (IANS)
Drunk driver bites policeman to avoid alcohol test

Beijing : A driver bit the hand of a police officer to avoid an alcohol test in China’s Shanxi Province, police said.
The incident took place in Taiyuan, the capital city of north China’s Shanxi Province. The man, Hao, is being charged with dangerous driving after a breath alcohol test showed that his alcohol level was higher than the permissible limit.
Police said that an officer spotted a vehicle disobeying traffic rules.
