Shoot for ‘Heroine’ rescheduled due to Kareena’s wedding plans

Shooting for Madhur Bhandarkar’s movie ‘Heroine’ has been pushed to a later date. The reason for this is Kareena Kapoor’s wedding to Saif Ali Khan, which coincided with the second shooting schedule of the movie.

The schedule has now been marked in the middle of February.

Madhur Bhandarkar confirmed the rescheduling, saying, “Yes, the second schedule of Heroine will now start in the middle of February instead of the end of February.” The crew plans to complete the second schedule of the shoot by the middle of March instead of the end of April, so Kareena gets time to attend to her wedding and personal life in March and April. Kareena will return to work in May.

The shoot for the movie earlier went on a temporarily halt when Madhur’s first Heroine Aishwarya Rai Bachchan went on a maternity leave. This time around, shooting for the Bollywood film is rescheduled as Kareena is getting married to her beau Saif Ali Khan around the same time.

Kareena was reluctant to take a break in the middle of the schedule for her wedding. She plans to complete the schedule to make sure her performance remains consistent through the schedule.
