Mumbai, April 27: Five individuals have been arrested from Goregoan for black marketing of Remdesivir, Mumbai Police has informed.
The Mumbai Police Crime Branch on April 23 and 24 struck a lodging’s kitchen in Motilal Nagar, Goregaon, and held onto 34 vials of Remdesivir from the accused. The charge used to black marketing of Remdesivir medication at Rs 20,000-25,000 for each vial. “The blamed of have been recognized as Sneha Shaha, Shubham Bakshi, Dipak Khadka, Rohit Kamble and Atharv Chintamani,” the police said.
On Monday, the Aurangabad seat of Bombay High Court had taken suo moto perception of COVID-19 related issues remembering an increment for interest for Remdesivir medication and oxygen chambers.
Hearing a suo moto PIL over Covid related issues, the court asked the state government that on the off chance that it is genuine whether the immunization stock was finished. To this, the state government answered that there were no immunizations on Saturday and Sunday.
