Digital transformation and content management
How does this startup happen and what is your success story so far?
Being in sales for more than ten years here, I have seen many small businesses with lack of opportunities and some with lack of marketing activities to promote their services and products which made me start OOZIE digital marketing. OOZIE, my digital marketing firm main aim is to generate new leads for any business I work with. When I say leads, opportunities for businesses to increase their revenue and upscale their profit. At this moment we are working with 15 different small businesses in less than three months of a startup with great results so far. We see an exciting future aiming for large business and enterprise solutions
Being in sales for long, how do you handle rejections. Not many can survive long in the sales industry.
Selling is all about mind game. No one loves to get sold by a salesperson. We all handle rejections in real life. I grew up handling rejections from my dad. I started my sales as a door-knocking sales guy for Foxtel when I was 21 years old, and I used to hear the word ‘No’ more than ‘Yes’ on my daily door knocking. I love to hear rejections in life, and that drives me to be my best. The most important part is never trying to be a salesperson if you want to upsell something rather be an educator to customers, and sales cycle comes after.
How should companies measure their social media marketing success?
Success is measured using the same metrics you use for any other marketing activity: traffic, leads, and customers. Counting the number of fans or followers you have can help you understand your social media reach, but the bottom line that determines its success is how many people it drives to your site, how many of them are qualified leads, and how many of them actually become customers. More leads mean more customers visiting your website with more opportunity of selling.
What are some common social media marketing mistakes business make?
One of the worst mistakes is inconsistency – only posting sporadically, and not responding when consumers reach out to engage. Another biggie is using social media as a place to announce your content and nothing more, without ever engaging in discussions or adding comments to the post that make your audience want to click or like or share.
Can OOZIE SEO strategies really help Small business?
Most definitely! It’s been proven again and again by business after business. In fact, not utilizing social media marketing can harm your business, since having an online presence on social media is simply expected of any reputable firm these days. One thing is for certain – social media marketing is never free. Whether you’re spending your own valuable time on it, asking an employee to add it to their workload, hiring a social media employee, or outsourcing to a marketing firm, there is always a cost. The key is to get the maximum ROI out of the time or money you put into it. It’s important to remember, however, that ROI doesn’t have to mean revenue. It can, but it can also mean meeting other objectives, such as getting new leads, increasing email subscriptions, or even boosting customer satisfaction. The ROI you end up with is the direct result of how focused your social media marketing strategy is.
